Fresh Skin
Your diet can affect your complexion. If your skin is looking dry or spotty you may be lacking certain nutrients. Increase your intake of essential fatty acids by having at least two portions of oily fish a week and eating plenty of nuts. Drinking water is also important as it removes waste products from your body and keeps your skin hydrated. Try to drink at least eight glasses a day.
Shiny Hair
If your hair is thin or dull it can be a sign that you’re not getting enough zinc, iron or protein. Try and eat more lean, red meat, spinach and apricots, If you’re vegetarian eat plenty of eggs and oatmeal. For zinc choose fish, mushrooms and nuts.
